 - High Quality Sheets! What’s the point of having an awesome mattress without having soft, comfy sheets? Our units boast 100% Organic cotton cooling percale weave and soft breathable bed sheets and pillow cases. Lay down, slip into them and enjoy how fresh and comfortable they are.

 - Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi!  If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.

 - Samsung smartTVs in most units, with 100+ channels of TV Plus along with your popular streaming services.

The host provided no check-in instructions and was completely unreachable for over an hour — causing us to miss the one activity we traveled here specifically to do. Once inside, we discovered a large hole in the wall and a tarp covering the roof, leaving us feeling genuinely unsafe. The listing also failed to mention the train tracks right next to the property, which kept my wife awake the entire night. This stay was a disaster from start to finish. Secondly, the listing photos do not depict the house in its current state… upon arrival I quickly noticed a tarp over the roof, a hole in the wall in the dining room, and loose dining room chairs, pollen coated patio furniture, and the air conditioner was extremely loud outside and seemed to not be running at peak efficiency. This is such a beautiful home, so it was unfortunate to see this. Most of the time, when I rent airbnbs, I expect things like that to be taken care of. I wanted to bring up these concerns to the host first in hopes they may provide resolution but after check in, I never received a response from the host ( who is an agency, not a single home owner)… which is frustrating. On an unrelated note, the house is right beside railroad tracks… very loud, woke me up throughout the night. 

Overall $350 a night for a place like this was a bad deal." (2/5)
